Job Summary:

The Kitchen Helper is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure efficient service. Training will be provided, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and basic cooking tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and utensils.
• Ensure proper food storage and handling to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Dispose of waste and keep the kitchen and workstations sanitized.
• Assist cooks and other kitchen staff as needed during busy hours.
• Follow food safety regulations and store policies.
• Help with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
