Duties and Responsibilities



Responsible for the total cleanliness & sanitation for the whole F & B kitchen & storeroom, making sure

that all area is sanitized.



Responsible for the placement, setting & distribution of equipment to all F & B functions.



Cleaning & washing all equipment (glassware, flatware, chinaware) for the F & B Department.
