Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and properly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas
• Dispose of garbage and food waste in accordance with sanitation standards
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed (e.g., peeling, chopping)
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times
• Support cooks and kitchen staff during peak hours
• Report broken equipment or safety hazards to supervisors
• Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned
