What you'll be doing

• Assist chefs in basic food prep: washing, cutting, peeling vegetables and meats
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, and equipment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
• Handle food ingredients and stock with care and proper storage
• Dispose of kitchen waste responsibly and keep the area organized
• Refill kitchen supplies (e.g. condiments, packaging, etc.)
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or supervisor
