Job Description
- Assist in Food & Nutrition lessons: prepare ingredients, portion food, and support students and teachers during practical classes.
Use and maintain kitchen equipment, including cookers, ovens, grills, microwaves, blenders, mixers, steamers, and washing machines.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, including washing utensils, cleaning floors, sinks, and equipment, and proper storage of food and utensils.
Monitor stock of perishables, dry goods, and kitchen supplies; assist in stock-taking.
Perform weekly, holiday, and start-of-term kitchen duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Basic English proficiency.
Ability to handle food safely and use kitchen appliances.
Relevant school kitchen experience preferred.
