Kitchen Staff

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure of consistency of products to the guest
• Wash, slice, peel, and/ or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving
• Prepare all food items accurately in a timely manner
• Ensuring that food is properly stored
• Ensure the work area stays clean throughout the work day
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of the Kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
