As a Kitchen Hygiene Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a busy hotel kitchen. Plates, cutlery, kitchen tools, preparation areas — everything must be clean, organized and available at the right time. Without this role, service doesn't run smoothly.

This is active, structured work.
You stay focused. You move quickly. You support the team during busy service hours.
You help maintain hygiene regulations and make sure the kitchen operates safely and efficiently.
