Kitchen & Laundry Technician - InterContinental Bahrain

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure seamless hotel operations and compliance with safety standards.



This role is critical in supporting operational excellence across Culinary, Stewarding, and Housekeeping departments.



**Key Responsibilities**



**Kitchen Equipment Maintenance**



+ Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment including ovens, combi ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, refrigerators, ice machines, and exhaust systems.

+ Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.

+ Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.

+ Ensure proper calibration of thermostats and temperature control systems.
