Role Overview
We are looking for a Kitchen Lead (Cook) who is confident preparing simple, nourishing food that pairs well with tea. This role focuses on light kitchen work rather than heavy cooking—think snacks, small plates, and thoughtfully plated items. You'll work in a lean team and support daily kitchen operations, food quality, and cleanliness.
Experience in a café, tea room, or small kitchen is preferred. A strong understanding of food safety and consistency is essential....
