Kitchen Lead

Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster with presence in brick-and-mortar retail shops ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concept with focus on quality and service, online store through our website, and wholesale business serving corporate and cafes.

We are hiring for a passionate and driven Kitchen Lead to join our growing family and play a pivotal coordination role across our kitchen operations, reporting directly to the Head of Retail. This role is central to ensuring our kitchen standards, programs, and day-to-day operations run seamlessly across all outlets as part of our continued retail business growth.

What We Are Looking For:

• A graduate from culinary school or equivalent professional culinary experience
• Experience in western/contemporary cafe-styled kitchen operations
