Kitchen Hygiene means:

Keeping plates, cutlery and equipment clean
Maintaining order in the dish area
Supporting the kitchen team during service
Helping maintain hygiene standards

You are part of the rhythm of the kitchen.

When the service gets busy, your role becomes crucial.

If dishes stop — everything stops.
