Kitchen Management Assistant Manager

About the role

This is a full-time Kitchen Management Assist Manager position based in Sunway Velocity, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

What you're required to do

1. To visit all outlets kitchen on daily basis to ensure proper SOP & cleanliness being practise.
2. Stock Management control, include purchasing management (training & education to be provided).
3. Able to visit market place for raw materials purchases & obtain up-to-date cost.
4. Able to support relevant kitchen department whenever required.

What we're looking for

• Must be kitchen experience (culinary graduates / retired chef / purchaser).
• Preferably candidates who is passionate towards Stock-Cost-Purchases management control challenge.
• Must be computer literate with Mandarin language is priority.
• Must be able to work independently and strong communication with the team.
• Able to work shift job is preferred.
