About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Kitchen Manager for a fine-dining Indian cuisine restaurant in Pretoria. This is a senior kitchen leadership role suited to someone with strong operational expertise and a chef background, who understands the precision, complexity and authenticity required in high-end Indian cuisine.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and management team to ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, cost control and kitchen efficiency while maintaining the highest fine-dining standards.
