Kitchen Mechanic

Ideally, this person would have experience in hospitality kitchenware.

_The hourly rate for this position has a range of $40.00 - $47.00 depending on experience._

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

· Daily maintenance and repairs for all kitchen, restaurant and bar equipment.

o Include but not limited to stoves, dishwashers, ice machines, deep fryers and walk-in, reach-in coolers, HVAC systems and grease traps.

· Perform Preventive Maintenance as assigned or required on all kitchen, restaurant and bar equipment.

· Perform any necessary repairs in a timely manner as to reduce downtime.
