About the role

Nasi Lemak Shop (Retail) is seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen PIC to join our dynamic team. As our Kitchen PIC, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes that delight our customers. This full-time position is based at Jaya One Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
2. Develop and implement kitchen procedures and standards to maintain consistent food quality
3. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies to maintain adequate stock
4. Collaborate with the management team to create and refine menu items, ensuring they align with the restaurant's culinary vision
