Kitchen Porter

The role operates on a shift-based
system including evening and weekend working in line with the seasonal needs of
the business.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the kitchen and wash up areas are clear all times and that all clean items are placed neatly in the appropriate place in the kitchen.
• Clear and wash up dishes and kitchen equipment as required
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is thoroughly cleaned and stored in the correct manner so as to minimise breakages
• Ensure that all breakages and spillages are immediately cleaned up to prevent accidents
