The Kitchen Project Specialist supports the store by prioritizing Knowledgeable Help, Easy to Shop showrooms, Efficient Service, and product availability. They welcome customers, assess kitchen project needs, provide information on products and services, make purchasing recommendations, and schedule additional appointments and consultations as needed. They support product availability and ensure showrooms are Easy to Shop by providing quick designs for in-stock cabinet options, assessing stock levels, and performing light pack down and pack out activities as needed, focusing on products, samples, and brochures within the showroom. By supporting these four priorities, Kitchen Project Specialists drive sales to meet department and store goals.
