Key Responsibilities
Showroom Sales & Client Consultation
• Welcome and consult walk-in and appointment-based customers in the showroom
• Understand clients' lifestyle needs, design preferences, and budget expectations
• Present luxury modular kitchen, wardrobe & system furniture, materials, finishes, and built-in appliances
• Build strong rapport and deliver a premium, consultative sales experience
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Luxury Kitchen Design & Specification
• Prepare customized kitchen layouts using CAD / 3D design software
• Advise on high-end cabinetry systems, hardware, countertops, and accessories
• Ensure designs meet ergonomic, aesthetic, and functional standards
• Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining brand positioning
