Maintains the cleanliness of the Kitchen Area at all times.

1. Keeps Kitchen equipment's clean and organized.

2. Keeps all stocks and storage tidy and organized.

3. Wash Dishes and other soiled utensils/pots/bowl and ensure clean dishwashing area.

4. Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.

5. Replaces garbage bags after the garbage is thrown and washes it too to make it clean and free from odor.

6. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

7. Piles the pans, pots, and other kitchen utensils properly for ease in cooking.

8. Does basic pest control.

9. Does basic maintenance/minor carpentry work in the Kitchen.

10. Assists Prep Person in preparing opening station and closing duties specifically in cleaning the Kitchen.
