Kitchen Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

• Good quality LN products
• Accurate reporting
• Station cleanliness
• Keep equipment in good working condition
• Follow production quotas

DUTIES:

• Proper making of LN products (Canton bihon, pansit palabok, toppings of donuts, and pichi pichi)
• Follow food standard procedures
• Accomplish production log
• Wear proper uniform
• Ensure cleanliness of station
