Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Dining Operations

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating in the al fresco dining area
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and presentable manner
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
• Ensure guest comfort in an outdoor setting (shade, cleanliness, table setup)

Food Preparation & Support

• Assist in basic food preparation, plating, or beverage making as needed
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
