Job Summary
Kitchen Staff are responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards within the kitchen. This role ensures smooth daily kitchen operations, timely food preparation, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing ingredients (washing, chopping, cutting, marinating)

Cook or assist in cooking food items as per recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines

Store food items properly to prevent spoilage

Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor of shortages

Support chefs during busy service hours

Ensure proper waste disposal

Adhere to company policies and kitchen procedures

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate.

Knows how to cook is an advantage.
