This role plays a vital part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational support across all kitchen and stewarding areas, in line with InterContinental brand values and Forbes luxury standards.

Located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay, the property features 176 luxury serviced residences. As a Kitchen Steward , your commitment to cleanliness, organization, and teamwork will directly support smooth kitchen operations and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

Your Day-to-Day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
• Ensure all kitchen and stewarding areas are cleaned and maintained according to hygiene standards.
