Job Summary
The Kitchen Crew is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food in the resort's kitchen. This role ensures that all kitchen operations run smoothly, efficiently, and hygienically. This is a stay-in position, requiring the employee to reside on-site at the resort in Bataan.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation according to recipes and portion control
Wash, peel, chop, and clean vegetables, seafood, and other ingredients
Help cooks and chefs during cooking and plating
Ensure all cooking equipment, utensils, and kitchen surfaces are clean and sanitized
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
