The Wings Transit Lounge is seeking a skilled and driven Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas, supporting our culinary team in delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, as needed.
• Receive and store deliveries of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support the culinary team in maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen environment.
