JOB SUMMARY

The Kitchen Steward supports the BOH team by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the kitchen. This position ensures that all kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and ready for service, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of a fine dining environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, and pans.

2. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchen, storage, and dishwashing areas.

3. Operate dishwashing machines and handle cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
