Job Description

  1. He must be supervise cleaning the kitchen and equipment.
  2. He will conduct a final inspection and confirm cleaning schedule.
  3. He will also be responsible for the hygiene and safety of the tableware and environment.
  4. He will also conduct a daily inventory of returned dishes, count and record damaged dishes, and submit statistical reports and implement solutions in monthly meetings.
  5. He will also support dishwashing.
