Kitchen Steward – The Gardens Mall, KL

The kitchen steward will primarily be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of a kitchen and its equipment.

Location: MST Golf Arena, The Gardens Mall, KL

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, washing dishes, flatware, cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots, pans, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment.
• Maintains the kitchens, dish washing, pot washing and back areas in clean an inspection-ready condition in accordance with company policies & standards and local authority.
• Is organised and able to work in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.

Qualifications / Skills Needed

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School, SPM or STPM
• 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the F&B will be added advantage
