Kitchen Stock Controller – The Great White House Restaurant (Gansbaai)

The Great White House is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Stock Controller to manage food, packaging, and chemical stock for our kitchen operations.

Key duties include:

• Receiving and controlling kitchen stock
• Ordering and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Cost control and stock counts
• Managing packaging, disposables, and cleaning chemicals
• Basic administration and reporting

Requirements:

• 2–3 years' stock control experience (hospitality preferred)
• Good numerical and organisational skills
• Computer literate (Excel and stock systems)
• Honest, proactive, and able to work independently

• Willing to work weekends/public holidays

• Reside in Gansbaai
