Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and support the culinary team in maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations. 
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company standards. 
Monitor kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices. 
Support chefs and kitchen staff during operations. 
Manage kitchen schedules, stock control, and inventory levels. 
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage procedures. 
Conduct regular checks on food quality and kitchen equipment.
