Kitchen Supervisor: Food Prep, Safety & Training

1. Directs and trains kitchen workers as instructed.
2. Prepares and cooks food following approved specifications / recipes.
3. Ensures adherence to HACCP and regional safety regulations in compliance with gategroup policies and procedures.
4. Responsible for safe and clean work station and equipment at all times.
