Kitchen Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Supervisor to manage daily kitchen operations and lead the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock control and ordering
• Supervising and leading kitchen staff
• Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Maintaining hygiene, health & safety standards
• Managing service flow and kitchen organisation
• Clear communication with front-of-house and management

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
• Good communication skills
