Job Description
The Kitchen Supervisor oversees daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role supports the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily kitchen operations and workflow.
Ensure food preparation follows recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
Monitor kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
Assist in mise en place planning and service execution.
Train and guide kitchen staff on procedures and standards.
Monitor stock levels, storage, and proper stock rotation.
Report equipment issues or shortages to management.
Coordinate closely with Floor Supervisor to ensure smooth service flow.
