Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian, the Kitchen Supervisor:

• Interviews, hires, and trains culinary employees and volunteers.


• Plans, assigns and directs work.


• Prepares work assignment sheets.


• Receives calls and finds replacements for absent staff.
