Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
· Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specification
· Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
· Help to wash, peel and prepare basic food items
· Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
· Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
· Monitors the stock on hand and Perform monthly kitchen inventory
· Ensures complete and accurate delivery of all food item ordered by each customer
· Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in kitchen work areas
· Receive count and check the quality of delivered stock items
QUALIFICATIONS
· Vocational Course Certificate/ College Graduate related in Food and Beverage Industry.
