Klaviyo Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Klaviyo Specialist to lead our email and SMS marketing strategy. You will be responsible for nurturing our community of coffee enthusiasts, optimizing lifecycle flows, and driving revenue growth through creative storytelling and advanced automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy: Develop monthly/quarterly roadmaps for seasonal coffee drops, brewing education, and holiday campaigns.
• Automation: Audit and optimize Klaviyo flows including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase (brewing tips), and Win-Back journeys.
• Campaigns: Execute weekly email/SMS campaigns with compelling copy and brand-consistent design.
• Segmentation: Build high-performing segments based on purchase behavior (e.g., espresso lovers vs. cold brew fans).
• Analytics: A/B test subject lines and layouts; provide weekly reports on ROI, list health, and deliverability.
