Job Summary

Join the Older Adult Mental Health Occupational Therapy Service and the newly established multidisciplinary Enhanced Dementia Support Service for adults living with dementia who present with complex psychological needs or distressed behaviour. Provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and occupation‑focused treatment across a variety of community settings, support multidisciplinary formulation, and contribute to service development, quality improvement, service evaluation and audit.
