Know Your Client (KYC) Assistant

Position Description

An exciting opportunity is available to join ADP as a  Know Your Client (KYC) Assistant , playing an integral part in facilitating the KYC checks for our Canadian Money Movement payment service solution.

As one of the main contacts for prospect clients, you will need to have excellent communication skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and strictly abide by the no tip off FINTRAC requirement. It will be your responsibility to guide prospective clients through ADP’s client review process and ensure information and documents are obtained which satisfy internal requirements. This role gives you the opportunity to connect with internal stakeholders and prospective clients. Building relationships internally and externally,this is an excellent role to expand your knowledge and grow your career.
