Our customer, a UK-based law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Knowledge Lawyer or Commercial Lawyer. This is an excellent opportunity for a fee-earning lawyer looking to move into a knowledge-focused role, contributing to the development of best practice, innovation initiatives, and legal technology strategy across the firm’s Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing, and Data & Cyber practice areas.
About the role:
This position will offer both strategic insight and hands-on support across a wide range of disciplines, including commercial agreements, technology projects, outsourcing (particularly within regulated environments), advertising and consumer law, data protection and privacy, and non-contentious cyber matters.
The role combines the traditional remit of a Knowledge Lawyer with a broader strategic focus on advancing AI-driven initiatives, developing client-facing solutions, and optimising service delivery. You...
