The objective is to guide the process of selecting a suitable consultant to support knowledge management under PINUA. The specific objectives include: - 1. Developing knowledge management tools of the AHP through the Affordable Housing Knowledge Management Hub(AHP Hub). 2. Promoting learning and replication at the national, sub-regional and continental levels thereby supporting accelerated rollout of the AHP projects 3. Promoting co-creation with value addition, incubation and innovation that will enable knowledge management and institutionalization of best practices in the housing value chain in Kenya 4. Dissemination of best practices on AHP through a housing management information system.
