Knowledge Management Lead/Senior Technical Writer

The Lead Knowledge Management Analyst is responsible for creating, organizing, and improving product documentation and knowledge resources while leading knowledge management initiatives across teams. Although this is an individual contributor role, the person will guide and oversee contributors, delegate tasks, review output quality, and report on progress. The role also involves using AI tools to optimize knowledge delivery and ensure documentation supports both business goals and customer needs.
