Job Description

 
  Responsibilities 
 : Work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, content creators, IT, and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services
 Provide KM technical assistance to Rapyd’s employees to improve their knowledge-sharing & collaboration 
 Conduct knowledge needs analysis for a variety of teams 
 Manage content on Rapyd’s knowledge management systems
 Define knowledge processes and ensure they are implemented across Rapyd
 Create knowledge solutions embedded in Rapyd’s working processes
 Help establish an organizational culture that promotes and supports knowledge-sharing
 
  Requirements 
 At least Five years of experience as a Knowledge Manager / Information Management roles
 At least Two years of experience in project management-related work
 Undergrad degree or Master’s degree - Must...
