Job Summary

A career in Knowledge Management within Business Enablement for the Tax line of service provides an opportunity to play an integral role in knowledge sharing across the PwC network. The Senior Manager will organise and manage various tax‑related sources of information, provide research support, and drive meaningful outcomes to elevate the practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end research and knowledge‑management strategies to execute campaigns for assigned competency groups, focusing on increasing engagement and adoption of internal tools and services.
• Provide strategies on knowledge‑management best practices for content generation, digital advertising, and adoption.
