KOL Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and affiliates
• Build strong relationships with content creators and brand ambassadors
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns
• Coordinate product seeding, collaborations, and promotions
• Monitor KOL performance and campaign results
• Track content, engagement, and sales conversions
• Ensure brand consistency across influencer content
• Negotiate partnerships and manage contracts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in influencer/KOL management, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
