Job Responsibilities

• Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers and content creators on Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage paid influencer partnerships from outreach to campaign execution.
• Negotiate collaboration rates, deliverables, and posting timelines.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content team for campaign execution.
• Monitor influencer content performance, engagement, and campaign results.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Stay updated with beauty trends and social media marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Experience in influencer marketing or KOL management is an advantage.
