Job Summary

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators to promote brand awareness and drive sales. This role plans and executes influencer campaigns across social media platforms while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and onboard KOLs, influencers, and content creators aligned with brand values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and talent agencies
• Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to post-campaign reporting
• Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and sample distribution to KOLs
