KOL Specialist

Responsibilities

• Influencer Sourcing & Quotation Reach out to TikTok and Instagram influencers (or their agencies) to gather rate cards and availability for campaigns.
• Negotiation & Budget Control Negotiate pricing, usage rights, and deliverables based on internal budgets and campaign requirements.
• Contract Coordination Follow up on agreement signing; ensure timely return of contracts and proper documentation.
• Campaign Execution Management Align with influencers on posting timelines, creative briefs, and required deliverables. Assist with clarifying scripts or outlines as needed.
• Publishing Follow-Up Actively track and remind influencers to ensure posts go live as scheduled. Troubleshoot delays or last-minute changes.
• Basic Performance Monitoring Record post links, publish times, and top-line metrics (views, likes, saves, comments). Support the team in analyzing performance for reactivation or blacklisting decisions.
