KOL Specialist

Job Description:
Influencer Sourcing & Quotation Reach out to TikTok and Instagram influencers (or their agencies) to gather rate cards and availability for campaigns.
Negotiation & Budget Control Negotiate pricing, usage rights, and deliverables based on internal budgets and campaign requirements.
Contract Coordination Follow up on agreement signing; ensure timely return of contracts and proper documentation.
Campaign Execution Management Align with influencers on posting timelines, creative briefs, and required deliverables. Assist with clarifying scripts or outlines as needed.
Publishing Follow-Up Actively track and remind influencers to ensure posts go live as scheduled. Troubleshoot delays or last-minute changes.
Basic Performance Monitoring Record post links, publish times, and top-line metrics (views, likes, saves, comments). Support the team in analyzing performance for reactivation or blacklisting decisions.
