**Basic Purpose of the job**



+ BRAND STRATEGY & COMMUNICATION: Responsible for establishing a short to long-term complete Brand strategy of Prozinc and Senvelgo as well as marketing mix implementation, ensuring cross-functional collaboration on an internal, external, and global scale, as well as effective, efficient, and aligned planning and execution; Responsible for managing brand messaging, internal and external communications, including all marketing, product pricing, go-to-market models, and related activities.

+ LAUNCH EXCELLENCE: Deliver Launch Excellence for any new portfolio-related product, project, or service through team collaboration and cross-functional network in order to accomplish a successful launch plan with relevant stakeholders.
