JOB OVERVIEW As an Operation Manager, you would be responsible for the entire Hotel operation.
His scope of responsibilities covers the financial results (revenue, cost of sales, payroll & related expenses, other expenses, departmental income, gross operating income, net operating income) of the hotel.
